We may collect account details, contact information, billing status, campaign settings, brand materials, creator criteria, messages you approve and information you provide when contacting support.

We may also collect basic technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, timestamps and service usage events.

2. How we use information

Information is used to operate and secure Publicy, provide creator discovery and outreach workflows, process payments, respond to support requests, improve the product and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers and sharing

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, analytics, communication and payments. They may only process information for the services they provide to Publicy.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting and security requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Publicy may use essential cookies and similar technologies for login, security and service operation. Third-party websites and platforms have their own privacy practices, which Publicy does not control.
